Report an issue
Contact SHOP RNM as soon as possible after delivery if an item is incorrect, damaged or materially different from your confirmed order. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant.
Condition of returned items
Items submitted for return review must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact where supplied.
Return approval
Please wait for return instructions before sending an item. SHOP RNM will review the order details and confirm the available resolution and return destination.
Delivery costs
When SHOP RNM supplied an incorrect or verified faulty item, the appropriate return arrangement will be explained during review. Other return delivery costs may remain the customer's responsibility.
Final review
Refunds, replacements or exchanges are confirmed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time may depend on the payment method and selected resolution.
